RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are required. Reservations may be made by phone 218-223-8411, email: [email protected], or you can check the availability of your preferred dates by completing our online form.
DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS
A deposit of $200 per person is required at the time of booking for all lodging reservations, and a deposit of $100 per day per guide is required for guided fishing reservations. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another date within the same season, provided the cancellation is made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for guided fishing reservations are refundable if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. Guests will be exptected to pay for what they reserve.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Sportsman’s Oak Island Lodge is located in Minnesota but has a unique location and is situated right along the US/Canadian border. So close to the border we can see Canada from our dock.
You can get to Oak Island by staying in Minnesota the whole time and coming across the lake or driving to the Northwest Angle and driving through a portion of Canada and back into the U.S. again and then coming by water for 9 miles.
U. S. citizens and permanent residents crossing into Canada to travel to the Northwest Angle or fishing in Canada. Six forms of documentation are acceptable. They include the US Passport, US Passport Card, Enhanced Driver’s License or Enhanced ID Card, NEXUS Card, SENTRI Card, or the FAST Card. For more information click here.
